If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager at ARS Events!

Position Overview:

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing relationships with venues, event planners, wedding planners, hotels, schools, and other key partners. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients and partners through various channels including social media management, email marketing, cold calls, and blogs. By leveraging these platforms effectively, you will establish ARS Events as a trusted and preferred partner for event planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and partners in the event industry.

  • Develop and implement strategies to engage with clients and partners via social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

  • Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to reach out to prospective clients and partners.

  • Conduct cold calls and outreach to introduce ARS Events and establish connections with potential clients and partners.

  • Write engaging and informative blog posts to showcase ARS Events' expertise and services.

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and partners through regular communication and follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve shared goals.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in client relationship management, sales, or marketing preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes.

  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and strategies.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for the event industry and creating exceptional experiences for clients.
